Book-Presentation realised by four members of the cluster RaT-cluster "Transformations of Jewish and Christian Identities in the Past and Present"

On 30th November 2022 the monograph of Markus Tiwald: Frühjudentum und beginnendes Christentum. Gemeinsame Wurzeln und das Parting of the Ways, Kohlhammer 2022, was presented in a panel discussion realised by Günter Stemberger and Gerhard Langer (both Jewish Studies), Markus Öhler (Protestant Theology) and Markus Tiwald (Catholic Theology). The monograph deals with the Jewish roots of emerging Christianity and its consequences for modern Jewish-Christian dialogue. The discussion was moderated by Prof. Martin Jäggle, president of the council for Christian-Jewish Dialogue (www.christenundjuden.org).
